Political and social activist, former Robben Island prisoner and anti-apartheid struggle veteran, Mr Tokyo Sexwale, is leading a global initiative that was unveiled in June in Qatar aimed at addressing the challenges arising from racism and discrimination in all sport globally.
The initiative, named Global Watch: Say No to Racism-Discrimination in all Sport, will culminate in an international summit to be held in November in Johannesburg.
Global Watch is driven by a strategic partnership, namely: the Nelson Mandela Foundation, the Doha Goals Forum Foundation and the Sexwale Foundation.
