29 January, 2012 – It is with great sadness that the Mandelas learned last night of the death of Nothusile Bhulehluthi (nee Nokuthamba Mandela), a family elder and the last surviving sibling of Nkosi Dalibhunga, the former President Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela.
Mamu Nothusile was born on 16 February 1930 to the late Nkosi Mphakanyiswa Gadla Mandela and his fourth wife, Nkosikazi Nodayimani Mandela. Nkosi Mphakanyiswa had 31 children.
She will be sorely missed by the Bhulehluthi and Mandela families.
