1968. Prohibition of Political Interference Act No 51

This act forbade political parties with a racially mixed membership (Barber & Barratt 1990: 109).

It was repealed by the CONSTITUTIONAL AFFAIRS AMENDMENT ACT of 1985 (Dyzenhaus 1991: 47).
